For orientation, not medical advice. Trial curves are population averages from published papers. Half of every trial did worse than the line, by definition. Real people lose at wildly different rates for reasons no calculator can see: starting point, dose, how long you've titrated, sleep, illness, medication, menstrual cycle, muscle gain. Being "below average" is not failing, and this number is not a judgement of you or a reason to change your dose.
