Welcome to Tirzing ("Tirzing", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tirzing website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not medical advice

Tirzing is a personal tracking and support tool. It is not a medical device, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. All estimates and insights the Service provides, including medication-level estimates, supply runway, stall analysis, peer comparisons, and predictions, are informational only, may be inaccurate, and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your dose, medication, or care plan. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Service.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing intervals are shown at checkout.
• We may offer a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to submit.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, and to create anonymized and aggregated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Tirzing and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal use, subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or prediction will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirzing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
