About Tirzing
Tirzing is a tracker for people taking a GLP-1 medication: Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. It keeps your shots, weight, food, side effects and supply in one place, and works out what they mean.
A note from the founder
I built Tirzing because I'm on tirzepatide too.
I kept tracking everything in Excel, then asking the same questions every week: Am I in a stall? Why did I lose more or less? Why am I hungrier? What's actually working?
So I built Tirzing to do that digging automatically and help uncover the hidden patterns behind your progress.
Who makes it
Tirzing is made by Joint Ventures Softworks. Most of what is in it started as a request from a member, in support chat or on r/tirzing, and that is still how we decide what to build next.
What it is not
Tirzing is not a pharmacy, a telehealth company or a medical provider. We do not sell or prescribe medication, and the app never tells you what dose to take. It records what you and your prescriber decide, and shows you what happens over time.
We are not affiliated with Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any pharmacy. Medication names on this site are used only to say what the app works with.
How it is paid for
There is a free plan with no time limit, and paid plans for the deeper analysis. That is the whole business. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
Your data
You can export everything you have logged, in one click, whenever you like. Deleting your account deletes your data, including your photos. Menstrual cycle data stays private: it is never shared with buddies or put on a share image. The details are in our privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't give medical advice or information about any medication. Our medication pages explain how to track each one in Tirzing, nothing more. Estimates in the app, such as a medication level or the day your supply runs out, are worked out from the numbers you log and the settings you choose. They are a picture of your own records, they can be wrong, and they are never a reason to change your treatment. For anything about your medication, follow your prescriber and the official prescribing information.
If you find something on this site that reads like advice, please tell us and we will fix it.
Get in touch
