What you can log for B12

B12 keeps its own unit and its own schedule, even when it shares a vial with something else.

  • Kept in mcg

Vitamin B12 is in the quick-start list, set up in mcg. Shots are logged and counted down in mcg.

  • Vials in either unit

Enter the vial’s strength in mcg per mL or mg per mL, whichever its label shows. The vial still counts down in mcg.

  • B12 in another vial

If B12 is mixed into another vial, add that vial as a blend with B12 as one ingredient. The B12 from each shot is worked out from the same draw.

  • Its own reminder

A separate schedule and reminder, so a B12 shot is never confused with anything else you take.

  • An estimate from your own log Paid plans

A level curve built from the shots you logged and a half-life you can edit.

  • Your history

Every B12 shot in one list, and a CSV download whenever you want it.

Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans

Questions about tracking it

Can I log B12 in mcg?

Yes. B12 from the quick-start list is set up in mcg, and its shots and vials count down in mcg.

My vial label is in mg per mL. Can I still log mcg?

Yes. Enter the strength as printed and choose the unit the label uses. Tirzing converts it, and the vial counts down in mcg.

Can I track B12 that is mixed into my GLP-1 vial?

Yes. Add the vial as a blend with each ingredient from the label, and log each shot by the main one. The B12 from the same draw is worked out in mcg.

Does Tirzing tell me how much B12 to take?

No. Tirzing records what you were told to take and what you logged. It never suggests a dose.
