Tirzing works on iPhone straight from Safari. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app, full screen, with its own icon and notifications. There is nothing to download from the App Store, and it is always the latest version.

Install it in three taps
- Open tirzing.com in Safari and sign in, or create a free account.
- Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Open Tirzing from its new icon, then turn on notifications under Settings, then Notifications.
On iPhone, notifications work once Tirzing is opened from its Home Screen icon, so do the last step from there.
Bring in your Apple Health data
Weigh-ins from a smart scale can come into Tirzing from Apple Health, and so can steps, workouts, sleep and food from other apps, depending on your plan. Set it up once with a free Apple Shortcut or the Health Auto Export app, and it keeps coming in.

Yes, by push notification once you open Tirzing from its Home Screen icon and turn notifications on, and by email if you like.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. Your Apple Health data can come into Tirzing through a free Apple Shortcut or the Health Auto Export app.
