What you can log for Zepbound
Vial or pen, the shot is logged the same way. What changes is how your supply counts down.

Vials
Add each vial with the strength and volume printed on its label. Log each shot and the vial counts down. The shot form also shows the volume your logged dose works out to, from the details you entered, as a cross-check against your own instructions.

A single-dose pen is marked used by the shot that uses it. A KwikPen counts down its doses.

Weigh-ins with a trend line, synced from Apple Health or Health Connect if you like, and a progress chart with your shots marked on it.

Adding Zepbound vials to Tirzing
- Open Medications and add Zepbound. You can start from Tirzepatide in the quick-start list and rename it.
- Enter your schedule and current dose as your prescriber set them.
- Open My supply, choose A vial of one medicine, and enter the strength and volume printed on the vial’s label.
- Log each shot from that vial. Add more vials as they arrive, or duplicate one that is identical.
Questions about tracking it
Can I log Zepbound vials?
Yes. Add each vial under My supply with the strength and volume printed on its label. Each shot you log counts the vial down.
Can I have pens and vials in my supply at the same time?
Yes. Each shot is logged against whichever one you used, and each counts down its own way.
Can I change the half-life the estimate uses?
Yes. Open the medication and edit it. The estimated level curve is redrawn from your logged shots with the figure you enter. It is an estimate of your own log and not a measurement.
Does Tirzing tell me what dose to take?
No. Tirzing records what your prescriber set and what you logged. It never suggests a dose or a change.
Can I take my log to my appointment?
Yes. Download your full history as a CSV any time from Settings.
