What the Android app adds

• Health Connect, both ways

  Weigh-ins from a smart scale come in on their own, and so can steps, workouts and sleep, depending on your plan. What you log in Tirzing goes out to Health Connect for your other apps.

• Reminders on your phone

  Shot-day reminders and other nudges as native notifications.

• Answer from the notification

  Log a glass of water or your usual breakfast straight from the reminder, without opening the app.

• The same log everywhere

  Your account syncs, so the web version on a computer shows exactly what your phone logged.

Getting it

1. On your Android phone, open tirzing.com/app.
2. Download the app and allow the install when Android asks.
3. Sign in, or create a free account.
4. Turn on Health Connect under Settings to start syncing.

The Android app is in beta and installs from our website while the Google Play listing is on its way. Prefer not to install anything? Tirzing works in Chrome too, and installs to your Home Screen from the browser menu.

Does it work with Samsung Health or my watch?

Through Health Connect. Turn on sharing to Health Connect in Samsung Health (or Fitbit, or your watch’s app) for the data you want, then allow the same types in Tirzing.

Does it cost anything?

The app is free, and so is the free plan, with no time limit and no card.
