Retatrutide tracker
Retatrutide is an investigational medication that is not FDA-approved.
Tirzing doesn’t sell, recommend or endorse retatrutide, and says nothing about where to get it or how to take it. If you are taking it, this is how you can keep a record of it in Tirzing.
Free plan with no time limit and no card. Works in any browser, with an Android app.
What you can log
Tirzing treats it like any other injection you add: your entries, your settings, nothing filled in about the substance beyond what you can edit.
-
Add it by name
Retatrutide is in the quick-start list when you add a medication, or type any name. You can edit its unit, color and half-life.
-
Vials
Add each vial with the strength and volume printed on its label. Each shot you log counts it down.
-
The schedule you were given
Enter how often and the doses with their start dates, as they were set for you. Tirzing records them and never suggests any.
-
Reminders
A reminder when the next shot on your schedule is due.
-
How you feel
A daily check-in for hunger, energy, mood and anything you notice.
-
Weight
Weigh-ins with a trend line, typed in or synced from your phone.
-
An estimate from your own log Paid plans
A level curve built from the shots you logged and the half-life set on the medication, which you can change at any time.
-
Export
Download your full log as a CSV whenever you like.
Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans
What it looks like in the app
A sketch of three things you see after logging, with made-up entries.
Setting it up in Tirzing
- Open Medications and add it, from the quick-start list or by name.
- Check the unit and half-life fields. Change them if you have a different figure from your prescriber or pharmacist.
- Enter the schedule you were given.
- Add your vials under My supply with the details printed on their labels, then log each shot.
Questions about tracking it
Can I track retatrutide in Tirzing?
Yes. Add it as a medication, enter the schedule you were given, and log each shot. Tirzing doesn’t sell, recommend or endorse it.
Can I change the half-life the estimate uses?
Yes. Open the medication and edit it. The estimated level curve is redrawn from your logged shots with the figure you enter. It is an estimate of your own log and not a measurement.
Can I log it from a vial?
Yes. Add the vial under My supply with the details printed on its label, and each shot you log counts it down.
Does Tirzing say anything about retatrutide itself?
No. Tirzing is a tracking app and gives no information or advice about any medication. For anything about your treatment, follow your prescriber.
