Track your cycle and your GLP-1 together

For a lot of people, the scale reads higher in the days before a period and settles again afterwards. Week after week, that looks like a stall that is not really there. Tirzing learns how your own weight moves around your cycle from your own weigh-ins, so you can see the pattern for what it is.

Free plan with no time limit and no card. Works in any browser, with an Android app.

How it works

Your weigh-ins are never changed

Every number you see is exactly what you logged. What can allow for your cycle is the trend behind the scenes, like your stall check and goal date, so a predictable monthly rise does not set off a false alarm. You can switch that off.

Private by design

Cycle data is kept apart from everything else. It is never shared with accountability groups, never shown in share images, and you can delete all of it at any time, separately from switching tracking off.

Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans
