Mounjaro tracker

Mounjaro is a brand of tirzepatide made by Eli Lilly and Company.

However your Mounjaro comes, as a KwikPen, single-dose pens or vials, Tirzing counts it down the right way as you log, and keeps your blood sugar, weight and daily check-ins beside your shots.

Free plan with no time limit and no card. Works in any browser, with an Android app.

What you can log for Mounjaro

The difference between pens, KwikPens and vials is mostly in how your supply counts down. Tirzing handles each.

  • KwikPens

Add a KwikPen as a multi-dose pen with the details printed on its carton. Each shot takes one dose out, and a dose that finishes one pen can be finished from the next.

  • Single-dose pens and vials

A single-dose pen is marked used by the shot that uses it. A vial counts down by what you log, using the strength printed on its label.

  • Your schedule

Enter it as your prescriber set it, row by row, or let the dose plan fill a series of dated rows from numbers you give it.

  • Blood sugar

Glucose readings and A1c results over the same dates as your shots.

  • Injection sites

Pick the site when you log. Tirzing shows your last site, and you can switch off spots you never use.

  • Reminders that follow your schedule

Change your shot day in the schedule and the reminders move with it.

  • Patterns in what you log Paid plans

Which days after a shot the side effects you logged tend to show up, and whether they are easing.

  • History in and out

Import past shots and weigh-ins from a spreadsheet or another app’s export, and download everything as a CSV.

Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans

Adding a KwikPen to Tirzing

  1. Open Medications and add Mounjaro. You can start from Tirzepatide in the quick-start list and rename it.
  2. Enter your schedule and current dose as your prescriber set them.
  3. Open My supply, choose A multi-dose pen (KwikPen), and enter the dose and number of doses printed on the carton.
  4. Log each shot and pick the pen. If a dose finishes one pen, choose Finish from another pen.

Questions about tracking it

Can I log a Mounjaro KwikPen?

Yes. Add it under My supply as a multi-dose pen (KwikPen) with the details on its carton. Each shot you log takes one dose out, and the list shows how many are left.

Can I log vials as well as pens?

Yes. Add a vial with the strength and volume printed on its label, and it counts down by what you log. Pens and vials can sit in your supply at the same time.

Can I log blood sugar too?

Yes. Glucose readings, fasting or after meals, and A1c results, charted next to your shots and weight.

Does Tirzing tell me what dose to take?

No. Tirzing records what your prescriber set and what you logged. It never suggests a dose or a change.

Can I track Mounjaro and Zepbound separately?

Yes. Each medication you add keeps its own name, schedule, supply and history, whatever it is called on your label.
