Compounded tirzepatide tracker
Compounded tirzepatide is tirzepatide prepared by a compounding pharmacy.
When vials arrive several at a time, from fills that are not always identical, it helps to know which one each shot came from. Tirzing keeps every vial’s label details and logs each shot against the right one.
Free plan with no time limit and no card. Works in any browser, with an Android app.
What you can log for compounded vials
Set each vial up once with its label details, and every shot after that is logged against it.
-
Several vials at once
Add each vial with its label details, or duplicate one when identical vials arrive. When two share a beyond-use date, the one compounded first is used first.
-
A dose split across two vials
If a vial runs out partway through a dose, enter what you got from it and Tirzing takes the rest from the next vial, so both count down correctly.
-
Vials with more than one ingredient
Add the vial as a blend with each ingredient as printed, and log shots by the main one. Tirzing works out the others from the same draw.
-
More than one shot day
If your prescriber has you injecting on more than one day, tick each day and enter the dose for each shot. Each day gets its own reminder.
-
Scan the label
A photo of the vial fills in the label fields for you to check.
-
An estimate from your own log Paid plans
A level curve built from the shots you logged, each ingredient of a blend on its own line, using half-lives you can edit.
-
Your history, both ways
Import past shots from a spreadsheet or another tracker, and download everything as a CSV.
Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans
What it looks like in the app
A sketch of three things you see after logging, with made-up entries.
Adding a blended vial to Tirzing
- Open My supply, choose Add supply, then A vial with a blend.
- Add each ingredient with the strength printed on the label, in the unit the label uses.
- Choose to measure each shot by an amount of one ingredient, and pick the main one.
- Log each shot by that amount. The other ingredients and the volume are worked out from it.
Questions about tracking it
Can I log compounded tirzepatide in Tirzing?
Yes. Add the vial with the details printed on its label and log each shot against it. The vial counts down as you go.
What if a vial runs out partway through a dose?
Turn on Vial transition when you log the shot, enter what you got from the first vial, and pick the next. Both vials are counted down.
Can I keep track of several vials at once?
Yes. Each vial keeps its own label details, open or sealed status and beyond-use date, and you can duplicate a vial when identical ones arrive.
Does Tirzing tell me how much to draw?
No. Anything the shot form shows is arithmetic on the details you entered, as a cross-check only. Your prescriber and pharmacy decide what you take.
