Ozempic tracker
Ozempic is a brand of semaglutide made by Novo Nordisk.
Tirzing keeps a record of each Ozempic shot, the pens you have left, your blood sugar and weight, and how you feel day to day, all on one timeline you can look back over.
Free plan with no time limit and no card. Works in any browser, with an Android app.
What you can log for Ozempic
Everything below is a record of what you did and noticed. Tirzing does not judge it or suggest changes.
-
Each shot
The dose you took, the date and time, and where you injected. Edit or delete any entry later.
-
Your pens
Add each pen as a multi-dose pen, with the dose per injection and the number of doses printed on its carton. Every shot you log takes one dose off, and the list shows how many are left.
-
Your schedule, as prescribed
Enter how often you inject and your doses with their start dates, exactly as your prescriber set them. Tirzing records the plan and never suggests one.
-
Shot reminders
A reminder by push, email or both when the next shot on your schedule is due.
-
Blood sugar and weight
Glucose readings, A1c results and weigh-ins, on the same timeline as your shots.
-
How you feel
Hunger, energy, mood and anything else you notice, on a daily check-in.
-
An estimate from your own log Paid plans
A level curve built only from the shots you logged and a half-life you can edit. It is a model of your log and is not a measurement.
-
Your data, in and out
Import an old spreadsheet or another app’s export, and download everything as a CSV whenever you like.
Items marked “Paid plans” come with a paid plan. The rest are included on the free plan. Compare plans

Questions about tracking it
Can I log Ozempic pens in Tirzing?
Yes. Add each pen under My supply as a multi-dose pen, with the dose per injection and the number of doses printed on its carton. Each shot you log from it takes one dose off the count.
Can I enter the schedule my prescriber gave me?
Yes. Enter how often you inject and each dose with the date it starts. Your reminders and supply follow what you entered, and you can change it whenever your prescriber does.
Does Tirzing tell me what dose to take?
No. Tirzing records what your prescriber set and what you logged. It never suggests a dose or a change.
Can I track Ozempic and another injection, such as B12?
Yes. Add each as its own medication with its own schedule, supply and reminder. A medication measured in mcg stays in mcg.
Can I bring in my old Ozempic log?
Yes. Import data reads a spreadsheet or plain-text log, shows you a preview, and saves nothing until you say so.
