What if they already use Tirzing?
On the free plan, the months are added to their account. If they already subscribe, the gift comes off their next bills instead, so it is never wasted.
Does it expire?
No. They can open it whenever they are ready.
Will you tell me when they open it?
No. Which person uses a GLP-1 tracker is private, so we never tell anyone about anyone else’s account. When we email the gift, the code goes only to them, and your gift page shows just when it was sent. If you give it yourself you get the code to hand over, and it works once for whoever uses it.
Can I change it after paying?
Yes, until it is sent: who it goes to, the day and your message. After that you can send it again to the same address.
What if I change my mind?
Message us from the Help page within 14 days of buying and we will refund it.
