Setting up NAD+ in Tirzing
- Open Medications, choose Add medication, and pick NAD+ from the quick-start list.
- If you measure yours in mL, change its unit to mL now, before you log any shots.
- Enter the schedule you follow.
- Add your vial under My supply with the details printed on its label, then log each shot against it.
Questions about tracking it
Can I track NAD+ in Tirzing?
Yes. Add it from the quick-start list, enter your schedule, and log each shot against its vial.
Can I log NAD+ in mL instead of mg?
Yes. Set its unit to mL when you add it, before you log any shots, and log each shot as the mL you draw.
Can I name a lipo or MIC vial NAD+?
No. A mix needs its own name, so that NAD+ keeps its own shots, unit and supply.
Does Tirzing recommend NAD+ injections?
No. Tirzing is a tracking app. It doesn’t sell, recommend or endorse any injection and gives no dosing or medical advice.
