AI Assistant
A GLP-1 companion chat grounded in your own tracked data.
The Assistant is a private chat that actually knows your numbers. Each time you ask something, it pulls a snapshot of your own tracked data (weight trend and goal ETA, estimated medication level, recent shots, protein vs your floor, side effects, streaks and non-scale victories) and uses it to answer you specifically, not with generic web advice. It also sits at the top of your chat panel as its own private channel, so you can ask it without leaving the page you are on. You’ll find the full page under Coaching in the sidebar, and on a phone as the Ask button floating above the bottom bar, which opens a quick chat over whatever page you’re on.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes. In the phone chat, tap the microphone and speak; when you stop, it types out what you said and sends it for you, so you can go hands-free. It only listens when you tap the mic, and it never reads answers back out loud. Voice needs microphone access; if it says the mic is off, allow it and tap the microphone again.
What it’s good for
- Understanding your trends: “How am I doing?”, “What does my med level mean for my appetite this week?”
- Side-effect navigation: practical, everyday tips for the rough day or two after a shot.
- Meal & protein ideas that fit GLP-1 life and help you reach your protein floor.
- Doctor-visit prep: it turns your logged symptoms into clear talking points to bring to your prescriber.
What it will never do
- Diagnose you or change your medication or dose: anything clinical is always sent back to your prescriber.
- Encourage skipping meals, extreme restriction, or eating below your protein floor. Protein is a floor to reach, never a ceiling.
- Treat the estimated medication level as a measured value: it’s a rough personal-tracking estimate.
For anything urgent or severe, contact your clinician or emergency services. The Assistant will tell you the same. It’s a companion for tracking, not medical advice.
Is my chat private?
Yes: your conversation is tied to your account only. You can wipe it any time with Clear at the top of the page.
I came back to an old conversation. Does it still use my old numbers?
No. Your chat is saved so you can pick it back up, but the Assistant re-reads your tracked data fresh for every single question, so it always answers with today’s figures. Older replies stay in the transcript as a record of what was true at the time: dividers show which day each part of the conversation happened on. If you would rather start clean, Clear at the top of the page wipes the history.
These guides are for using the app. They’re not medical advice: the medication-level estimates in particular are a model for personal tracking only. Talk to your clinician about your treatment.
