Predictions, runway & med levels

Estimated medication levels, supply runway and shot-cycle phase.

Predictions turn your shots, regimen, half-lives and supply into forward-looking estimates. Open Progress in the sidebar, then Predictions.

Medication level

An estimated curve of how much drug is in your system: rising after each shot and decaying according to the medication’s half-life. It’s built from your logged shots, so the more accurately you log, the better it reflects reality.

The dotted vertical line marks now, and you can drag it along the curve to read the graph at any other moment. As it moves it shows the date, the time and the estimated level of each medication at that point, and it stays where you let go so you can compare. On a phone, slide one finger left or right across the chart (a vertical swipe still scrolls the page); with a mouse, grab the line itself and drag. The Now button under the graph puts it back. Anything to the right of the real “now” is the model running forward, and the readout labels it “projected”.

Zoom in on the medication-level graph the same way as everywhere else: pinch and drag with two fingers on a phone (one finger still scrolls the page), or scroll to zoom and drag to pan with a mouse, plus the −, + and Reset buttons under it.

Supply runway

How many days of medication your logged vials cover at your current dosing: the same figure that drives the dashboard’s low-stock warning. Keep My supply up to date for this to be accurate.

Shot-cycle phase

Where you are in the current dosing cycle: nearer the peak just after a shot, or the trough before the next one. Some people find this explains day-to-day swings in appetite or side effects.

The medication-level graph is an estimate for personal tracking: a model, not medical advice.

These guides are for using the app. They’re not medical advice: the medication-level estimates in particular are a model for personal tracking only. Talk to your clinician about your treatment.
