AI meal planner
Multi-day meal plans with recipes, a shopping list and per-day reroll.
The Meal planner is one continuous calendar of your whole eating life. Open it and you land straight on a month view; every plan you create drops its meals onto their real dates, so you can plan this week, then next week, all on the same calendar. Move between months with the arrows.
Creating a plan
- Tap Create a new meal plan, then choose a start date, how many days (up to 7) and which meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
- Pick diet-style chips (high protein, low carb, vegetarian…) or type your own, set a budget, and list foods you love or want to avoid.
- Optionally tick Match my nutrition targets to build it around your calorie/macro goals, or leave it off to plan freely.
- Create it: the whole plan generates at once (so recipes never repeat) and its meals appear on the calendar.
Using the calendar
- Tap a meal to see its full recipe and macros.
- Drag a meal onto another day to move it.
- Reroll a day: hit the 🎲 on a day to regenerate just that day, leaving the rest untouched.
- Add your own meals: the + on any day drops in your own recipe alongside the AI ones.
- Shopping list: built automatically for the month you’re viewing, grouped by aisle with quantities in both grams and pounds; print it for the shop.
