Maintenance mode
Hold your weight with a target band and a regain early-warning.
When you reach your goal, the job changes from losing to holding. Maintenance mode tracks you against a target band and warns you early if the trend starts creeping back up.
Setting it up
- Open Maintenance and switch it on.
- Set your target weight and a tolerance band (± a few lb/kg you’re happy to float within).
- Optionally set a start date. If you’ve already been holding for a while, backdate it so your “maintaining for” count credits those weeks. Leave it blank to start from today.
- Save. Your status card shows whether you’re in the band, above, or below.
The early-warning
If your weight breaks the top of the band, or your recent trend rises while you’re above target, the status flips to “watch” or “above band” so you can tighten up before a small drift becomes a big one.
On your dashboard
While maintenance is on, a Maintenance card appears on your dashboard: your current status, how many of the last 30 days you stayed in range, your current in-range streak, and a small chart of your days in range. Hit Focus dashboard on maintenance to pull that card to the top and tuck away the loss-phase cards; Show everything puts them back. Your own card layout is never overwritten.
Because holding steady is the whole point now, stall detection pauses automatically while maintenance is on. A flat line here is a win, not a plateau to break.
The first time a weigh-in reaches your goal weight, you get a full-screen celebration and a share card. You can set your maintenance start date to backdate it, so a streak you’ve already been holding counts from the day you actually reached range.
Keep weighing in regularly during maintenance; the trend is what powers the warning. Estimates for personal tracking, not medical advice.
