Log anything in one sentence
Say or type your shot, weight, water, food and how you feel in one go, and check it all before it is saved.
Some days you just want to get it all down at once. Tap Say it at the top of any page (or Log it in one sentence on your dashboard), then type or say what happened, for example: “Took my 7.5 in the left thigh this morning, weighed 211.8, two waters, a chicken wrap for lunch, a bit nauseous, hunger 2.”
Tirzing picks out each thing you mentioned and shows them on one card. Nothing is saved until you check that card and tap Save.
How it works
- Type your sentence, or tap Dictate and say it out loud.
- Tap Read it. Each thing it found appears as its own line, ticked.
- Fix anything that’s off: every field can be changed, and you can untick anything you don’t want saved.
- Tap Save. You’ll see a short summary, like “Logged a shot, your weight, 2 waters and lunch.”
What you can log this way
- A shot: matched to your own medications (brand names work too), with the dose in that medication’s unit and the spot matched to your own injection sites. Say nothing about the dose and it fills in the same suggestion as the shot form. The supply it comes from is picked the way the shot form picks it, and you can change it on the card.
- Your weight, in your own unit. Say “kg” or “lb” and it is converted for you.
- How you feel: hunger, food noise, cravings, mood, energy, bowel and sleep quality, on the same scales as your daily log. A number like “hunger 2” is read on a 1 to 5 scale, and “3 out of 10” works too.
- Side effects, matched to the daily log’s list (“a bit nauseous” is Nausea, mild).
- Sleep hours, blood pressure and blood sugar.
- Steps, if your plan includes exercise tracking.
- Water and food, if your plan includes Food & water. “Two waters” means two glasses. Food gets a calorie and macro estimate, just like Describe a meal.
Anything it can’t log yet, like a workout or a period, is listed at the top of the card so you know it was left out.
Saying when
Everything is logged for now unless you say otherwise. “Yesterday”, “last night”, “this morning”, “on Monday” and “at 7pm” all work, in your own time zone. Nothing can be logged for the future.
Shots and your supply
A shot saved from here is exactly the same as one saved from the shot form: your supply counts down, your next injection site moves on, and your reminders know about it.
- If a dose needs more than one pen, the extra pens are added for you to check.
- If a vial has less left than the dose, the card asks what happened: it had a little extra, it still has some left, or you finished from another vial.
- Syringe units are turned into your dose using the vial’s strength. Check that number before saving.
Good to know
- Your sentence is read by AI, then matched to your own medications, spots and units. Always check the card: it is a shortcut, not a replacement for looking.
- Food figures are estimates. Correct the amount and the calories and macros follow.
- There is a daily limit on sentences. Every page still logs as usual if you reach it.
