Cost & ROI

What treatment costs you, your cost per pound, and per-mg drug price.

The Cost & ROI dashboard turns your spending into the numbers people actually care about: total spent, cost per pound lost, monthly spend, projected cost to reach goal, and the price per mg of each medication.

Where the numbers come from

  • Spend counts only the medicine you’ve used: for each priced vial, the cost of the mg you’ve actually injected. Unopened vials and the leftover mg in open ones don’t count until you use them, so your spend tracks treatment, not inventory.
  • Price per mg is shown per medication (and blended across all vials) from the vial costs under My supply: that’s what you paid, regardless of how much you’ve used.
  • Free vials count. A $0 vial (e.g. a free replacement) is real, priced medicine: it lowers your blended price/mg and cost-per-pound. Only a vial with a blank cost is treated as unpriced and left out.
  • Add anything else (syringes, BAC water, labs, consults, membership) as expenses: these count in full.
  • Cost per pound = used-medicine + expenses ÷ weight lost; projected-to-goal applies that rate to the weight you have left.

Adding an expense

  1. Open Cost & ROI.
  2. Fill in the date, category, and amount, and save.
  3. It’s added to your totals and breakdown immediately.

Keep your vial costs, and each vial’s remaining mg/status, current on My supply, and the used-medicine spend, per-mg price, and cost-per-pound all stay accurate. Figures assume a single currency.
