Weekly reports & Month in Review
Weekly digests and a monthly recap of weight, nutrition, sleep, training & wins.
Reports roll your data up so you can review progress without scrolling through every day. Each one pulls together your weight change, doses and adherence, side effects, sleep, nutrition (avg calories & protein), training, and your non-scale victories: with a short, friendly AI recap written just for you.
Weekly reports
- Open Progress in the sidebar, then Progress reports.
- Open any past week: its recap is written the moment you open it (nothing is generated until then).
- Mark a report as primary to feature it.
- Turn on the “weekly report ready” notification (see Reminders & notifications) to be told when each new one is available.
Month in Review
On the 1st of each month your previous month’s review becomes available: a bigger-picture recap of the whole month with highlights and ideas for the next one. Find it via Progress reports → Month in Review, and during the first week of each month a card on your dashboard links straight to it. Older months are all there to look back on, and each review is written when you open it.
Connections we spotted
Every weekly and monthly report looks back over your last 90 days for things in your own logs that tend to go together, and says them in plain words. For example: “After 6 h of sleep or less, you felt hungrier”, “In the days before your period, you ate more”, “In the two days before a shot was due, food noise was louder”, or “The morning after a salty day, the scale read about 1 lb higher”.
- What it looks at: sleep hours and how you rated the night, hunger, food noise, cravings, mood, energy, calories, protein, carbs, fiber, sodium, water, steps, workouts, side effects, weekends, where you were in your shot cycle and, if you track it, your menstrual cycle.
- Your best weeks: whole weeks compared on how much weight they took off, such as weeks with more sleep, more protein or more days of food logging.
- Clear pattern or early hint: a clear pattern held up after we checked it against everything else we looked at. An early hint might turn out to be real, so keep logging. Each one compares a day with the days around it, so a slow change over the month can’t fake a pattern.
- Showed up again: a pattern gets this badge when it happened again in the week or month you are reading.
Your AI recap uses these too, so it can link a hungry week to the short nights before it. They are personal observations to help you notice things, not medical advice. A higher reading after a salty meal or a workout is water, not fat.
The richer your logging (food, sleep, hunger, mood, workouts, victories), the more connections can show up. Nothing appears until there are enough days to compare, usually a few weeks.
These guides are for using the app. They’re not medical advice: the medication-level estimates in particular are a model for personal tracking only. Talk to your clinician about your treatment.
