Progress photos
Private photos and a before/after image maker.
The scale doesn’t capture everything: progress photos often show change when the number stalls. Everything here is private to your account; only you can open them. Our support team can’t see them either. Location details a phone camera saves inside a photo are removed when you upload it.
Adding a photo
- Open Progress photos and choose a JPEG/PNG/WebP file.
- Set the date and pose (front/side/back), and optionally the weight (it pre-fills from your latest weigh-in).
- Upload: it appears in your timeline, newest first.
Before & after
- Once you have two or more photos, pick a before and an after.
- Click Generate to combine them into one labeled image (date + weight).
- With Blur faces ticked, faces are found and pixelated on your device; drag on the image to cover anything it missed. Share waits until the blurring has finished, and asks first if no face was covered.
- Download it, or get a shareable link: nothing is shared unless you choose to.
A shared image can be opened by anyone who has its link, and it is kept out of search engines. To take one down, go to Profile → Your data → Shared images and choose Stop sharing: the image is deleted and the link stops working. Copies someone already saved can’t be recalled.
For comparable photos, use the same spot, lighting, distance and time of day each time. Tracking tape measurements? They live in Daily log → Body measurements.
