Daily log

Log weight, hunger, mood and side effects, and the quick-log shortcut.

The Daily log holds one entry per day. Each day can capture your weight plus how you’re feeling: hunger, mood, energy, side effects and free-text notes. The weight is what feeds your trend line and most predictions; the rest helps you spot patterns (e.g. side effects in the days right after a shot).

Logging a day

  1. Open Daily log from the sidebar.
  2. It opens on today; use the date controls to move to another day if you’re back-filling.
  3. Enter your weight and anything else you want to record, then Save.
  4. Re-open the same date any time to edit it: there’s only ever one entry per day.

Quick log (the fast path)

When you only want to record one number, usually your morning weight, use the quick-log shortcut on the Daily log / dashboard. It saves a single metric without opening the full form, so a daily weigh-in takes seconds.

Recording side effects

Side effects can be picked from a common list or typed in yourself. Logging them over time is genuinely useful: paired with the shot-cycle view, you can see whether nausea (for example) clusters in the first day or two after each injection.

Looking a day up again

The Daily log shows your most recent days a page at a time, newest first. Use Older at the bottom of the list to keep going back.

To find what you recorded on a particular date, open History. It shows the month at a glance, and tapping a day brings up everything logged on it, from every tracker at once. See History.

Weigh yourself at the same time each day, first thing after waking, before eating or drinking, for the cleanest, most comparable trend.
