The dashboard

Your home screen: what each card means and how to rearrange it.

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It pulls together the things you check most so you don’t have to dig for them.

What the cards show

  • Weight & trend: your latest weigh-in and the direction you’re heading.
  • Next shot: when your next injection is due, from your last shot and how often you inject.
  • Supply runway: roughly how many days of medication you have left.
  • Today’s log: whether you’ve logged today, with a quick way to do it.
  • Quick links to add a shot, log weight, or jump into other areas.

Rearranging it

  1. Tap Customize above the cards. Every card grows a bar across the top with its name on it.
  2. Drag a card by the ⠿ grip on that bar to move it. On a phone you can also press and hold anywhere on a card for a moment and then drag it; an ordinary swipe still scrolls the page as normal.
  3. Untick shown to put a card you don’t use away. Tick it again to bring it back: nothing is lost.
  4. Cards that work at either size have a Full width / Half width button.
  5. Tap Done when it looks right. The layout saves to your account and follows you across devices.

Cards for features your plan doesn’t include simply don’t show.

What’s new

When something new arrives in Tirzing, a short What’s new note appears at the top of your dashboard. Each new feature it mentions says whether it is included in your plan, with a link to try it. If there is more than one note, use the arrows to step through them.

Tap the ✕ to close a note once you have read it. It stays closed on all your devices, and the next note appears when there is more news.

A sparse dashboard usually just means there’s little logged yet. Add a daily entry and a shot and it fills in.
