Give Tirzing as a gift

Buy months of Tirzing for someone else, or open a gift someone sent you.

Know someone on a GLP-1 medication? Go to tirzing.com/gift (there is a link at the foot of our website and on your Subscription page), pick how long, and pay once. Nothing renews, and you don’t need an account to buy one.

Sending it

  • By email: we send it to them on the day you choose, with your name and message. The code goes only to them.
  • Yourself: you get the code, a link to send and a card to print.

Your receipt email has a link to your gift page. Until it is sent, you can change who it goes to, the day and your message there. After it is sent you can send it again to the same address.

Keep your receipt email private: its link is the key to your gift. A gift code works once, for whoever uses it first.

Opening a gift

Open the link in your gift email, or enter the code at tirzing.com/gift. What happens depends on your account:

  • New to Tirzing: create your free account from the gift’s page, and the gift opens as soon as you confirm your email address. No card needed.
  • On the free plan: the months are added to your account, on top of any free time you already have.
  • Paying by card: the gift’s value comes off your next bills instead, so it is never wasted. Your subscription carries on as it is. If your subscription is set to end, you get the months instead.
  • With lifetime access: you already have everything, so you can pass the code on to someone else.

When gifted time ends you simply carry on with the free plan, with everything you logged. We email you a few days before. A gift code never expires.

Privacy

We never tell the person who gave a gift whether it was opened, or anything about the account that opened it, and that includes our support team. A gift sent by email never shows its code to the giver: their gift page only says when the email went out. The person who receives it sees only the name and message the giver wrote.

Changed your mind? Message us from this Help page within 14 days of buying and we will refund it.
