Sleep & recovery

Log sleep and see how it ties to your hunger, mood and weight.

Sleep is one of the strongest, and most overlooked, levers on a GLP-1 journey: short nights spike hunger hormones, dent mood and can stall the scale. The Sleep tracker captures it and ties it back to your own data.

Logging a night

  1. Open Sleep from the Daily log page (or the quick action on your dashboard).
  2. Enter how long you slept in hours and minutes (7 hr 20 min, no converting to decimals), an optional quality rating and a note, then save.
  3. Re-open any date to edit it: there’s one entry per night.

If you’ve used the basic “Sleep” field on the Daily log, those nights show here too (badged “daily log”); the dedicated tracker adds quality and notes.

What you’ll see

  • Your 7- and 30-day average and how often you land in the healthy 7–9h band.
  • A 60-night chart, color-coded for in-range vs short nights.
  • Casual associations between short nights and your next-day hunger and mood.

Patterns here are casual observations from your own logs: interesting, not diagnostic. Aim for 7+ hours to best support appetite control.
