Your year in review
Every December, your year as cards you swipe through and share. Included for every member.
Every December, Tirzing turns your year into a set of cards you swipe through, like a recap, and you can share any of them. It is included for every member, whatever your plan, from December 1 to January 31. It appears once you have logged on at least 7 different days that year.
When it is ready, a banner at the top of your Dashboard, an email and a notification on your phone let you know. You can switch the email or the notification off under Settings → Notifications → Your year in review. While it is open you can also find it under Progress → Your year in review.
What the cards show
Each card appears only when your own logs have something to say. Depending on what you track, your year can include:
- The days you showed up this year, and your longest streak.
- Your weight over the year, your biggest week, your shots, and the protein and water you logged.
- Then and now: your first month of logging next to your last 30 days, for protein, steps and water. Only the ones that went up are shown.
- Your top foods: the five you logged on the most days.
- Your most consistent month: the month you logged on the most days.
- Your type: the habit that stood out most in your year, like the Protein Loyalist, the Step Collector, the Early Mover or the Comeback Kid, with the reason in plain words and a couple of runners-up.
- Your companion’s year: days of care together, adventures and keepsakes found.
Everything is measured against your own year and your own goals, never against other members. Weights are exactly what you logged, and your year in review never shows cycle details, side effects, blood pressure, blood sugar, photos or doses.
Sharing a card
Tap Share this card on any card. You choose whether your weight appears as numbers, as a percentage or not at all, and medication names are left off unless you tick them on. On a phone you can post it straight to your stories.
Every image you share is listed under Profile → Your data → Shared images, where Stop sharing deletes it and turns its link off.
These guides are for using the app. They’re not medical advice: the medication-level estimates in particular are a model for personal tracking only. Talk to your clinician about your treatment.
